The Incineration album "A Course in Anger Management" is a full-length release that came out in November 2008
.
It features guest guitarists Masami Doi from EP Markings and Hot Water Duxie on two tracks: "Cyber-Haters" and "Unjustified". These tracks were written and arranged by Aya and Masaki and address issues that, while less political, are still seen as affronts, acting as rhythmic retaliation against injustice.
The album also includes a ballad called "No More Dream Girl," an emotionally expressive song about escaping imposed expectations. "No More Dream Girl" and the album's closing track, "My Soul," add to the album's overall atmospheric anguish, which is fitting for a work titled "Anger Management". Both tracks were co-written and arranged by Goh Kurosawa.
The description also mentions a personal favorite track, "Hammering The Way Out," which is the ninth track on the album.
Essentially, the CD explores the themes of managing anger, expressing emotions in healthy ways, and fostering constructive communication.
