It is an organically farmed, single-origin coffee from Mexico, roasted right to the start of 2nd crack. It is smooth chocolate, toffee and has some floral undertones making it just right for a traditional cold brew as a concentrate, Toddy or any other cold brew system. Also, is fantastic in a nitro system.
